
Carol has a broad range of experience that includes venture financing, refining market direction for technology-focused businesses, building management teams, and establishing strategic alliances. Her career highlights include co-founder of Aspect Communications, CEO of two early-stage startups, executive of a global communications company, and board chairman for venture-backed startups. Carol brings deep domain expertise in contact center operations, as well as customer-facing, customer service and customer experience organizations.
Carol received her Bachelors of Science in Business from the University of North Carolina and an Executive MBA from Stanford University.

As a serial entrepreneur, Saurabh has been involved in several private ventures over the past 16 years. His projects have spanned across several industries, with a keen focus on information technology. As co-founder of People.com, an IT services company, Saurabh ran sales, business development, and marketing for the company until its acquisition by TMP Worldwide (then parent company of Monster.com). Saurabh is the owner of several patents and other intellectual assets. Film and art are also a large part of his life. He has written and produced several short films and is currently involved in various film and photography projects. He is also passionate about economic and social progress in the developing world, particularly in providing educational opportunities to the under-privileged in Africa.
Saurabh received his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Lawrence University in Wisconsin.

Kevin brings more than 17 years of experience in developing and marketing successful products for the enterprise, SMB and consumer markets. His rich array of experience includes executive and management positions at startups, Fortune 100 companies and management consulting firms. He has also been an entrepreneur and run his own startup. Prior to SalesPortal, he did product management at Cisco WebEx, product marketing at Avvenu (acquired by Nokia) and marketing at Dish Planet, a direct response company, managing a multi-million dollar advertising budget as well as running in-house and outsourced contact centers. Kevin has also authored six patents.
Kevin received his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

For the past 25 years, Jay has specialized in the management of technology, delivery personnel and 24x7 operations to deliver unparalleled customer service for some of the largest enterprises in North America. Most recently, serving as Chief Customer Officer at Voxify, she managed all the teams responsible for every aspect of customer operations. She previously served as VP, Worldwide Customer Operations at Autodesk, achieving a 50% year-over-year increase in customer satisfaction. While running Worldwide Sales Operations and Business Development at Adobe, during its most rapid market growth, she introduced the InDesign product, a market dominating move. She ran a division of Bertelsmann and was VP of Technology, with responsibility for Product Design and Development. Jay has also been passionately involved in making wishes come true through the Make A Wish Foundation for the past 17 years, and is currently a National Board Member.
Jay received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from York College of Pennsylvania.

Lee brings over 20 years of experience in finance, contracts, HR, and business operations. She specializes in back-office business management and human capital. Prior to joining SalesPortal, Lee was the COO of Global Citizen Year, a non-profit organization focusing on globalizing America's youth. Previously, she held executive positions in several companies spanning verticals from LED lighting, traffic management, internet security, pediatric healthcare, WiMax, and other high tech enterprises, where she was responsible for developing and implementing all aspects of contractual operations, financial planning and analysis, human resources, facilities, IT, and corporate affairs. Lee founded her own management consulting firm, FINA Resources LLC, in January 2000 providing management guidance to venture-backed companies.
Lee has been honored with various business awards, including the "Tribute to Women in Industry Award" for outstanding women managers of Silicon Valley, one of the electronics industry's top honors for women in management. She earned her B.S. in Economics from UCLA.

Most recently Dan was Executive Vice President of [24]7, Inc. supplying technology for customer acquisition and care across all channels to the Fortune 500. Previously, he was co-founder of two companies focused on delivering cloud-based virtual contact center solutions and image-based records management. He's a founding member of EBA, a health communications company and sits on the board of TextCaster, an SMS provider to state governments and educational institutions. He was Managing Partner of SAIC a $10B solutions firm; President of Centerpost Communications, a leader in outbound messaging solutions; Chief Operating Officer of Affinity Technology Group, with patents in self-service and e-lending; Managing Director for DST, a SaaS mutual funds outsourcer; Senior Corporate Vice President of TeleTech with over 50,000 live agents; and the founding member of the Information Management Executive Council (IMEC.)
He was educated at St. Olaf College where he received degrees in mathematics and economics and at Drake University in business administration.

Joe McFadden has over 25 years of experience in executive level positions, primarily marketing customer service software solutions to global enterprises. He has launched several first-in-category products participating in the rapid growth of leading solution providers including Aspect Communications, Nuasis (acquired by Intervoice / Convergys), Edify voice response solutions, and Latitude Communications (acquired by Cisco). He is named on four patents.
Joe holds a BA in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh.

Sujay brings over 16 years of expertise in the Telecom space and the Web and Payments industries. He has conceptualized and built products in various leadership roles in Product Management and Engineering. Prior to SalesPortal, Sujay co-founded and led Product Management for Grasshop.com, a social advocacy network that enabled associations and members to easily engage in web-based grassroots advocacy campaigns. Previously, Sujay worked for a biometric payments startup, and led product development during a period of high-growth, resulting in an acquisition. Before that, Sujay wrote software for a first of its kind enterprise grade VoIP/SoftSwitch platform while at Lucent-Alcatel, and engaged in consulting roles for SoftSwitch implementations at carriers like Verizon and Cox Communications.
Sujay received his Master's in Business Administration from Virginia Tech and his Bachelor's in Information Science and Engineering from Bangalore University, India.
