Customer Bill of Rights

Whereas SalesPortal recognizes that a business' lifeblood is their customer relationships, we set forth the following bill of rights outlining our commitment to customer best practices.

CONSUMERS' BILL OF RIGHTS (for callers / consumers)

Legal

  • SalesPortal adheres to all FTC, TSR, and local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations.

Privacy

  • Consumers have the right to privacy. SalesPortal does not pass or store consumers' private information or data.
  • Consumers have the right to opt in for or decline any cross-pitch offer. SalesPortal requires consumers' express consent prior to transferring them to any Lead Buyer.

Relevant Offers

  • Consumers have the right to be presented with the most relevant cross-pitch product offers. SalesPortal is committed to RELEVANCY.

SalesPortal LEAD SELLERS' BILL OF RIGHTS (for enterprises with contact centers that initiate call transfers)

Legal

  • SalesPortal adheres to all FTC, TSR, and local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations.

Brand Protection and Enhancement

  • Lead Sellers have the unfettered right to define and control their "ecosystem" by accepting or denying any Lead Buyer's bid.
  • Lead Sellers have the right of access to the most respected brands. SalesPortal strives to bring the most relevant, but non-competitive product offers into each Lead Seller's ecosystem.

Customer Experience

  • Lead Sellers can expect their customers (consumers/callers) to be transferred to Lead Buyers' live agents. SalesPortal enables Lead Buyers to define their concurrent call capacity to eliminate busy signals and encourages Lead Buyers to route calls directly to live agents so that the consumer has the best experience possible.

Revenue Management

  • Lead Sellers have the right to define their floor price per lead transfer.

Marketplace

  • Lead Sellers have the right to dynamically control all their campaign parameters in real-time.
  • Lead Sellers have the right of access to the identity and campaign information that is provided by Lead Buyers in the SalesPortal's marketplace. SalesPortal is committed to TRANSPARENCY.

SalesPortal LEAD BUYERS' BILL OF RIGHTS (for advertisers that receive call transfers)

Legal

  • SalesPortal adheres to all FTC, TSR, and local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations.

Brand Protection and Enhancement

  • Lead Buyers have the right to define and control their "ecosystem" by bidding on any Lead Seller of their choice, subject to that Lead Seller's acceptance.
  • Lead Buyers have the right of access to the most respected brands. SalesPortal strives to bring the most relevant, but not competitive, product offers into each Lead Buyer's ecosystem.

Budget Management

  • Lead Buyers have the right to be protected from "call-slamming". SalesPortal only bills Lead Buyers for phone leads that meet the minimum threshold of connect time.
  • Lead Buyers have the right to control the price of the leads that they receive by bidding whatever price-per-lead that they can afford or feel comfortable with.

Marketplace

  • Lead Buyers have the right of access to the identity and campaign information that is provided by Lead Sellers in the SalesPortal's marketplace.
  • Lead Buyers have the right to control all their campaign parameters in real-time. SalesPortal is committed to FAIRNESS.
