Lead Sellers can expect their customers (consumers/callers) to be transferred to Lead Buyers' live agents. SalesPortal enables Lead Buyers to define their concurrent call capacity to eliminate busy signals and encourages Lead Buyers to route calls directly to live agents so that the consumer has the best experience possible.
Lead Sellers have the right to define their floor price per lead transfer.
Lead Sellers have the right to dynamically control all their campaign parameters in real-time.
Lead Sellers have the right of access to the identity and campaign information that is provided by Lead Buyers in the SalesPortal's marketplace. SalesPortal is committed to TRANSPARENCY.
