SalesPortal is a cloud-based solution with the functionality to match up partner companies, create and manage campaigns, present relevant end-of-call offers to the agent desktop and transfer calls to partner contact centers. SalesPortal’s  customers can now receive real-time sales lead information generated by their marketing partners.

SalesPortal Awarded Business Method Patent for Innovative Partnership Marketing Network

Joe McFaddenSalesPortal has recruited Joe McFadden as Vice President of Marketing.  McFadden is a senior executive who participated in several successful venture-funded companies in the customer service space.

Joe McFadden will be responsible for developing the company’s go-to-market strategies, launching new products and building the company’s brand.

“With his depth of experience working with cloud-based technologies, customer sales and service solutions, and the contact center industry, Joe will be a tremendous asset to SalesPortal,” said Saurabh Khetrapal, co-founder and CEO of SalesPortal.  “His experience will drive our brand and growth strategies by delivering solutions that focus on our clients’ revenue generation and customer acquisition goals.”

Joe McFadden has more than 25 years of solutions marketing experience and has worked with a number of emerging companies in the customer service space.  Prior to joining SalesPortal, he was a marketing executive with Enkata, a cloud-based workforce analytics and optimization company, where he repositioned the product line and more than tripled the sales pipeline.  He was previously Vice President of Marketing for InsideTrack, a student coaching and retention solution for the higher education market. He was also co-founder of a web conferencing company that was purchased by Cisco.
